Beaufort County Family Court has cancelled all non-emergency hearings through the end of April. Any upcoming hearings scheduled before May 1st will be rescheduled for a later date.
In the meantime, our office is up and running, and we are all set up to work remotely if necessary. In order to protect our staff and our clients, we will be limiting in-person meetings. Instead, we will be conducting business over the phone and video conferencing through Zoom.
If you have any concerns or questions about how this may impact your case, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
David Geis represented me throughout my somewhat complicated divorce. From day one, he was professional, thorough and worked diligently to usher me through a difficult process as quickly and as smoothly as possible. As a tenured attorney with an incredibly impressive record, Mr Geis consistently exceeded my expectations in situations that involved compromise as well as those situations involving a firm hand. Working with Mr Geis, I felt my time and money was well spent. He was always looking out for my best interest and provided incredible advice as I needed it. Also important to note, his support staff is extremely bright and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr Geis to represent anyone in a divorce situation or in any event legal representation may be required.
